LIFETIME WARRANTY
SATA Products (unless otherwise stated) are fully warranted against manufacturing default including faulty materials and workmanship, subjected to being used for its intended purpose and allowing for fair wear and tear.
Defective tools will be repaired and/or replaced at SATA's discretion free of charge. They should be held by buyers or returned for inspection to the factory upon request.
This lifetime warranty does not extend to products that have been improperly used, altered, abused or repaired by others.
Upon usage, rustiness, electroplate desquamation, surface scraped or plastic handle damaged are not within warranty range. Damage in the packaging is out of warranty range.

The obvious dent or electroplate desquamation shows that there must have been a pipe wrench (or other form of "cheater") or hammers abused on this ratchet. Please use a larger size of ratchet to increase the leverage of any wrench. |

The obvious slippage on socket end or crack on socket wall shows that this socket must have been used on impact tools. When you are working with impact tools, please choose SATA impact sockets with black coat. |

The breach of handle or the distort of blade shows that this screwdriver must have been struck or abused as a pry bar. Please use the right pry bar for prying. |
